We hired Jerry to finish our large basement and completely remodel our upstairs kitchen. Mid project we decided to have him redo the fireplace as well. We are very happy with the work and Jerry addressed any minor final touches. He generally checked in each morning through text messages and even took time to send me photos of the day’s work when I had to be out of town. Given the size of the job, the schedule/timeline was great. Would hire again.

We had one of our bathrooms remodeled about a month shot by the crew at Tipton’s Fine Tuned Carpentry. The entire process was very smooth and it turned out absolutely perfect for us. The communication of issues that arose during the project was great and found solutions to problems quickly and kept to the timeline. Rusty, Richard, Cory and Steven were awesome to work with. They converted the buffet into our vanity and it looks like it was meant to be that way all along. We will definitely recommend and reuse Tipton’s for any future projects.

We recently had Tiptons help with a renovation project at our Legacy Village of Athens Assisted Living building in Watkinsville GA. They moved doors installed great shelving units and added handrails to our Memory Care unit. Very professional and as the name implies Fine Tuned. Thanks Jerry and Crew

Great experience all around. The Tipton crew completely redid my bathroom - demo the original 1953 one, rebuilt the subfloor that had totally rotted out, put in a new shower, vanity, toilet, and tiled the whole thing. They also put in a beadboard ceiling in the living/dining room, put in new front and back doors, and added a new dryer vent. Jerry and his crew were fast, polite, responsive, and respectful of the space throughout the entire job. After they finished, Jerry and crew followed up on a plumbing issue that ended up being unrelated to their work, yet they still fixed the issue for me. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Jerry and his crew were great. We chose them to completely redo our deck and we absolutely made the right choice. I’ve never had someone respond to emails as fast as Jerry does. Matt, the foreman for our crew, was very professional and in constant communication throughout our project. We are thrilled with the result and it was done in a timely manner. Jerry, Rusty, Richard, and their crew did a wonderful job of remodeling our basement (new LVP flooring to painting and installing a new dehumidifier) in exactly 5 days. They are absolutely professional workers who delivered exactly what they promised. We are very satisfied with their work!

They did a whole basement repair and upgrade. Excellent work in all respects. Talented workers replaced door frames, walls and carpet. Most of these upgrades were done in 1 day. Cost very reasonable. Will hire them again.

Jerry and Rusty came out on time to give me a quote to rebuild our deck and add new skirting as well as skirting to match around the screened porch. They were extremely helpful in showing me pictures of other decks they had completed, not to mention very humble and professional guys. They gave me a fair quote. I’ve been trying to start this project since last May and talked to several contractors. The minute I met Jerry, I knew I’d found the right person. My experience start to finish was as it should be and very hard to find these days. The Tipton crew does top notch quality work. I realized I needed to make a change to the design after work had begun and they were very quick to accommodate. Our new deck turned out better than I ever could’ve imagined. We will 100% be using Jerry and his team for anything and everything moving forward!

We could not be more satisfied and pleased with the work that Jerry from Tiptons Fine Tuned Carpentry did for us on our home. We had interviewed several contractors for our remodel project but felt Jerry was the most transparent, fair priced (not the highest or the lowest, but just right for the job) and upfront of them all. Throughout the process Jerry provided a very clean worksite, his team was very respectful/considerate, on time, and provided outstanding communication. There were only a couple questions/concerns that were raised with Jerry during our project and he jumped right on them to ensure we were happy. Jerry stands behind his work and is committed to making sure the client is more than happy with the outcome. He is very passionate about customer service and takes pride in his work. Jerry and his crew were professional from start to finish. Mr Tipton is organized and uses a web based platform that allows electronic transactions which made getting on his schedule, paying a deposit, and final payment simple. The estimate was fair and a good value for the detailed work I wanted. I hired Tipton’s to add molding around the exterior windows and hang shutters with hardware. Jerry’s guys were kind and friendly, they were confident, well spoken, and knew exactly what to do. I have more projects planned and won’t use anyone else for my carpentry and remodeling projects. Happy customer! Highly recommended.

Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and hall bath was in need of a major upgrade and Jerry came highly recommended by a trusted friend of mine. He didn't disappoint at all, coming in on time and on budget all in just 5 weeks! His team deleted two walls, installed a 22' LVL beam, all new cabinets, a 45sf island, got rid of popcorn ceilings, and then did an cosmetic update of our hall bath that I added mid project! Brought our floorplan from 1985 and ready for 2022 and beyond!

Jerry and his crew built a new deck for us. They did an incredible job and were attentive to details and our needs. Jerry and his crew completed a deck project for us. It involved replacing support posts under the deck and sunroom, and replacing all the old decking, staircase and railings.
