We had a truly wonderful meal at Elachi. The service was exceptional — attentive, warm, and tailored perfectly to our group. The food was specially prepared with authentic flavors that delighted everyone at the table. Each dish carried a distinctive taste that made the evening memorable. We've used these guys since moving to Gainsborough. Great, authentic flavours. Really good portions and lovely staff. Couldn't comment on the atmosphere as we've not used the dine in service.

Ordered food by using the website, collected from shop. Food was ready for the time applied, a complimentary can of pepsi, with a couple of poppadoms thrown in as well. Food was still hot and tasty when served, everyone enjoyed their food. Would recommend to anyone to use.
