Home Comfort Solutions Heating and Air LLC in Sugar Hill, GA

We were getting the run around from our former HVAC company giving us quotes that were not close to reality. It's sickening how greedy some companies are. It's annoying to see how much they make profit wise while we are struggling to stay afloat. They suggested installing a new refrigerant line set outside of the house. Stating that they have put refrigerant in the unit. All the absurd explanations have been verified by the new HVAC Home Comfort Solutions Company. Jeffrey the owner of the company was very positive from beginning to end. They immediately understood the seriousness of the situation and prioritized accordingly. We have no words to thank Jeffrey who took the time to try to find the leak by doing the analysis with nitrogen at 341 psi for 35 minutes and found no leak. This test was repeated 3 times to make sure there was no leak. We were extremely thrilled with the Services that Home Comfort Solutions has provided to my home especially in this harsh winter that we are experiencing in Atlanta. We are thankful that we have such a Responsible, Professional, Honest, and Dependable service. Thank you for a job well done!!

Jeff and DJ are awesome, genuine, kind and great with hvac repairs and and services. They helped us solve our hvac humming sounds occurring for some time in addition to tuning and explaining every step of the way. Thankful to find a reliable and honest hvac technician to take care of your hvac needs! Highly recommended!!

I have been doing business with Home Comfort Solutions for over a decade and they have always been very professional and responsive. They do a good job and are trustworthy. Never had any issues and kept my A/C and heater well maintained and extend their life cycle before making a replacement. Always can count on them with a quick response.

I contacted several companies back in July of 2022 when our AC broke and home comfort solutions were the only ones who made an effort to accommodate us that same day. We have been using them ever since. The technician is always polite, informative and works quickly. They do a great job and I highly recommend.

Upon returning from a 10 day vacation our AC wasn't cooling properly and was barely effective the next day. A friend who is a long time neighbor recommended Home Comfort Solutions and I called them. Andy came the next morning and after testing determined what was needed. The evaporator needed to be replaced and they were able to get part and install it by mid-afternoon the next day. Throughout the process we were kept informed and Home Comfort Solutions was very professional in all of our interactions. We are very happy and cool customers!
